Every book below was scored by /ai-check — a live multi-LLM probe that tests whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini surface the title for its genre. Authors opted in to publish their scores. Each is a permalink, dated, with the verdict and top fixes from that diagnostic run. How the score is computed.
Calibration cohort, April 2026: six titles, 26 to 93. Each score includes an empirical recommendation test — a separate LLM call asking “best [genre] books” and recording whether the title appears in the top results. The Body Keeps the Score (93) and Atomic Habits (73) pass the test; the four health-anxiety books all fail it, including a Reading Well-listed clinical reference and Healthline’s top pick. The takeaway: clinical credibility and indie recovery-memoir authority do not translate to LLM recommendation.
