§ For trade publishers · 50–500 titles · Pilot programme
Which of your titles does ChatGPT recommend?
In 2026, an increasing share of book buying flows through AI assistants and agentic checkout — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Amazon Rufus. Hearst and Condé Nast have struck Rufus licensing deals. Book publishers haven’t. You can’t fix what you can’t measure — and right now, no tool measures book-discovery performance across the engines your readers actually use.
The Catalogue Audit — what we run
- 50–500 titles from your catalogue, probed across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and (where accessible) Amazon Rufus.
- 25 reader-style prompts per title — the actual queries book buyers type into AI assistants today (genre listicles, peer recommendations, use-case queries, agentic-buy queries).
- Per-title visibility score on a deterministic 0–100 scale, plus the three highest-leverage fixes for each title.
- Imprint-level insight: weakest genres, top competing publishers, distribution of well-indexed vs invisible titles across your list.
- Ready-to-ship artefacts (optional add-on): Rufus-optimised listing rewrites, Wikidata entity drafts, schema.org/Book JSON-LD, Author Knowledge Files.
Output: Markdown executive summary, Excel-importable CSV, per-title JSON, and a 90-minute live readout with your marketing team.
Pilot pricing
First three publisher pilots: £3,000 for a 50-title audit, including listing-rewrite output for the 10 lowest-scoring titles and a 90-minute marketing-team readout. After the pilot, standard pricing is £3–8k per imprint audit depending on catalogue size; ongoing Discovery Monitor subscription from £1.5k/mo.
